Nice product
The tripod is sturdy, you must get legs correct to distribute weight. That is easily done by just visually spacing the legs with a pyramid design.

Great tripod for lantern for sure.
I was hesitant on purchasing this but boy I’m glad I did. I bought it to hang a lantern mostly so I don’t have to hang it from a limb of a tree and have a shadow of unlit area of our campsite. It’s easy to assemble and breakdown is flawless as well. It’s super sturdy and I’d definitely recommend this to anyone for the purpose of hanging a lantern.

Durable and very useful
Coleman’s camping tripod is very handy! We use it camping all the time. It’s very durable and we use it for grilling, hanging pots to cook, hang lights on it, anything! It’s a piece of camping equipment we can’t live without.

Pretty cool
I was really excited to try this out. I got a little too close to the flame with one of the legs and it snapped the bungee cord on the inside. And trying to move the grate was a little tricky trying to figure out exactly what the instructions meant. But overall good purchase.
